The Sustainer package is the perfect fit for the person who is already fairly fit. Sustainers are already close to their goal weight, and may even have a workout regimen they want to pair with my Kettlebells at home system…but is looking to gain strength, have a higher level of accountability, and become more athletic.

You’ll have access to 2 workouts a week, and you can always expect the workouts to be varied so you never get bored. I’ve had members use the Sustainer program to lose up to 20 lbs, get significantly stronger and more athletic, and see improvements in both their physique and their other sports.

If you workout effectively in my program just 2x/week, you can and will get stronger and more fit!

The Champion is the BEST starting place for most people looking to lose 20+ lbs. and who are looking to create dramatic change in their overall physique, health and quality of life.

With 4 At-home workouts per week PLUS all the nutrition support you’ll receive, this is the perfect combo for max results. This is the program I recommend in my at-home and brick and mortar business for 90% of my clients when they start.

4 times a week is a complete program. Even if you want to play a sport or do other cardio you enjoy, the 4x/week is the best option if you’re stuck in life, have significant weight to lose and are looking to draw a line in the sand and finally make this change happen.

The VIP program is for the person who wants it all- and a level of Private Coaching- right in their home. VIP is best for you if you’re looking for dramatic change, AND you also want a level of personal support and accountability from our coaches directly.

In this program, you’ll have access to either my wife or me directly. You’ll have a 1 hour coaching session every month- people who choose this package use this time to delve deeply. We can cover the entire range of support you desire. Nutrition coaching, Kettlebell form/skills time (through Skype meetings), or emotional support.

All 3-Pillars, and really anything you want us to support, can be achieved in these private coaching sessions, and they hold extraordinary value. My wife and I have been working with private clients since 2005, and we have backgrounds in acupuncture, kettlebells and nutrition, as well as years of in-the-trenches experience supporting people just like you to create dramatic change.

Although this program will not be for everyone, this is truly reserved for the person that’s ready to cut to the chase and make it happen. We will need to OK you for this package if you choose it, so please call before purchasing. We need to determine your readiness and willingness to take ownership and immediate action. If you’re totally ready to be an eager student, you have nothing to worry!

  • A set number of workouts you have access to (loaded and accessible each week- constantly changing workouts that keep it fun, fresh and progressive. We draw from an endless set of workouts that’s proven to never get stale like typical DVD systems out there!)
  • Access to the Video Library- an extensive set of videos that will teach you the beginner kettlebell moves, advanced kettlebell skills, how to work through pain, warmups and cool-downs, and MORE!
  • All three Phases and Belt Tests in the 3-Pillar System
    • Phases include- Sprint, Habit and Alchemy
      • Each one includes tools, videos and accountability to walk you up the ranks of the Nutrition and Treatment Pillars.
      • This is where the bulk of your fat loss will be supported
    • Belts go from #1-4:
      • #1 will cover your basic, solid foundation of safe kettlebell skills, and should be complete in the first 4-6 weeks.
      • #4 will take most people up to 9-12 months to achieve…and truly shows mastery over both your body and kettlebell skills
      • Belt levels are where your physical transformation will be supported. Fat loss comes 70% from food, but a change in your appearance, firmness and skill will come from the Belts
  • The Meditation Series- at least 4 meditations that can be listened to and practiced on a daily basis
  • Access to the Private Facebook community
  • Practical tools such as the Weekly Success Checklist and our Interactive Food Log
