Group Classes

Online Workouts

Then there’s the endless options of online video workouts. And while many of them can be effective, they also have two big limitations. They teach to the person who already knows how to workout, and they do not provide a workout that’s fun for month after month.

Because these videos come with a limited number of workouts, even if you love it at first you are going to burn out and get bored in time.

They teach to the person who already works out and knows exactly how to press, row, squat and complete all the exercises.

At-home Training

You can pick from either 2 or 4 workouts per week, and you’ll have access to a massive library of workouts that will constantly change. There is no boredom factor you get from standard 90 day systems of packs of 10.

Like my business name implies, the workouts are all 39 minutes long. Usually they’ll include a short warmup if appropriate, and then a good balance of strength work, core training and intense interval cardio.
